The start of the war.

Seth stopped and turned around. "Did you just destroy my staff?" Seth extended his hand and a huge tornado flew at Richard. Not enough to kill him, but enough to teach him not to touch Set's stuff. He also used wind magic to try to get hold of his cards, then used fire magic at them. "He, you said you enchanted them as you threw them. Bad Mistake."

Once the sandstorm settled where Richard once was, there was now a sandstone statue of him riding a giant falcon. you here the ruffling of cards be hind you, there see him shuffling a deck of cards which were already glow, "Magic he said sarcastically."

"Magic? Really? Thats a big surprise!" Seth said even more sarcsticly. "But, DONT EVER TOUCH MY STUFF!" Seth extended both his arms, forming a T. He blasted with the full power of Set, and created a sandstorm tornado that filled the whole room from top to bottom. Seth was in the eye of the hurricane, ready to blast anything that would come in.

"Ok, ok don't get you panties in a twist partner." Richards voice came from every where then Seth got blown up one of the holes in the ceiling before getting squished by it. they were now in a pitch black room the only light in the room was coming from Richards/horrus' eyes.

"Argh, NO ONE TOUCHES MY STUFF!" Seth said as he went in a complete avatar. It was a 20 foot tall hologrpahic pile of sand gleaming with the collors of petrol who was on fire. The total was in the form of a humanoid with a fiery sandstorm as head. He slammed down his staff and a huge wave of sand flew all over.

After the wave of sand passed over Richard burying him and the floor in sand, he walks out of a sand dune behind Seth. he was covered in sot and patted out the fire on his hat and jacket as he walked. "Cool it hot head, I wont touch you stuff again...gah temperamental much. By the way this is a monster house and the next room should have the sceptre in it." as he said this hippos with spiked chain balls for heads rose out of the sand and attacked.

"You noticed?" Seth asked as he fired a new wave of sand, this one aimed at a few hippos at once. "Your lcuky we are on the same side, otherwise you would be dead by now.

the hippos ran threw the wave as if running through a shower, the flames brushed off there metal like skin. they came up to the avatar and began to smack there head on the legs and shooting spikes into the body. Richard's eyes began to glow brighter until it was blinding, his hand became talon like and his hair brown feathers. to wings formed on his back made of his cards each wing equal to size of seth's avatar both glowing golden. both wing flapped sending a huge blast of wind and the card shot out as a storm each exploded with energy on impact if they hit, while the other half glowed sliver and collected any stray cards and put them back on track.

Some of the cards hit the hippos, some missed, and some simply had no affect on their steel head. "My turn again!" Seth said. He jumped and fired huge balls of black flames at the oponent. "HAHAHAHAHAHA that should do it!" He laughed.

some of the fire balls hit the hippo melting them Turing the sand around them into glass. Richard did make a move. he pulled down his hat over his eyes and smiled...he was waiting for something.

"Let me guess, big huge demon behind us?" Seth said while blasting more fireballs.

the fireball incinerated the rest of the hippos, a new section opened in the wall opposite of them, giant scorpions swarmed out of it. the ground shook, be hind them one of the walls hand becomes a golem with a flaming head which looked like a lion's. from the sand in front of it living sandstone statues of people with cat heads rose with sand stone pikes.

"yea, something like that." Richard answered as his cards flew back into his hands and began to multiply "this is going to be fun, you call it partner who do you want to play with."

"Unusuall, I must give them that. TO BATTLE!!!!!!!" Seth hadn't lost his avatar and charged the scorpion, blasting a ring of fire from his mouth, hopfully it would created a circle around all of the scorpion at once. Seth immediately Fired a blast of fire at the sand statues hoping to glassify them.

The ring of fire burned away at the sand around the scorpions became glass. The sandstone statues became quartzite due to intense heat of the Flames .
